Your role
We are searching for colleagues to extend our Incident management team responsible for handling and resolving major incidents that have a significant impact on our business and customers.
The role includes:
- Organizational and cross-vendor management of critical/major incidents
- The team is organized in 7:00 - 19:00 shift (shift plan is organized by the team)
- Communicate regularly to business units and stakeholders about current IT outages in English
- Monitoring and live checks of business-critical services and initiation of initial measures
- Documentation and handover to problem management
- Critical Incident Reporting
- Coordination of significant IT security risks and threats
- Integration into EDT's crisis management
What do we expect?
- Understanding of IT in LAN, WAN, data center, server and application operations
- Experience in the field of incident management and practical experience in the field of ITIL. (ServiceNOW, Remedy, etc.)
- Experience in using monitoring tools such as SPLUNK, Dynatrace, AppDynamics etc.
- Confident and convincing appearance
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Excellent flexibility, high ability to work in a team and intercultural competence are required
