Your role
For our prominent partner in eMobility area, we are looking for Salesforce consultants to join our core team.
E-Mobility project is platform for management, operations, monitoring and integration of charging stations for electric vehicles into company operation landscape. Electric vehicles are gaining massive momentum recently and all major automotive companies are drawing their focus there.
Successful candidate will be acting as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that Salesforce is effectively utilized to enhance sales performance and customer service operations
You work with international colleagues in a scaled agile software development program
The role includes:
- analysis of the customer requirements
- enthusiasm for solving complex problems
- estimation and planning detail tasks based upon the requirement from customer
- cooperation with developers and other project members from Europe and Vietnam
What do we expect?
- you are proficient in configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including custom objects, workflows, and automation tools like Process Builder and Flow
- you are experienced in integrating Salesforce with other systems using tools like MuleSoft, and familiar with data migration and data quality management
- you have the relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant
- you are capable of mapping and optimizing sales and service processes to meet business goals and challenges
- you are skilled in planning, executing, and managing Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
- you are proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and using data analytics to provide actionable insights
- you are familiar with Agile Methodology
- you speak English fluently (German is an advantage)
