We are seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst to join our new federal team, Data & AI Tribe, to play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into actionable AI use-cases.
This role will support business units in identifying opportunities for AI, shaping them into feasible solutions, guiding their development and deployment in partnership with technology teams.
Additionally, the AI Business Analyst will act as a consultant - advising on tools, methodologies, and best practices to maximize the value of Artificial Intelligence across T-Mobile CZ and Slovak Telekom.
Key Responsibilities:
Business-to-AI Translation
- Work with business stakeholders to capture needs, pain points, and strategic objectives, and translate them into clear, structured AI use-cases.
- Define functional requirements and acceptance criteria for AI initiatives.
- Choose the right AI model is critical for project success. The analyst collaborates with data scientists to identify which models best address specific business objectives.
- Assess the feasibility, complexity, and scalability of proposed solutions with Technology & Data teams.
- Advise business units on AI tools, platforms, and best practices to ensure effective adoption of AI capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping teams identify where AI delivers the most value (e.g., customer experience, operational efficiency, financial outcomes).
Use-Case Development Support
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product owners during the development and deployment lifecycle.
- Support prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and pilot phases by aligning business goals with technical roadmaps.
- Monitor deployment progress, track KPIs, and ensure business impact is measured after roll-out.
Enablement & Knowledge Sharing
- Document and share best practices on AI use-case identification, tooling, and scaling.
- Build standard templates, guidelines, and toolkits for AI adoption.
Candidate Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or AI/analytics projects.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, especially with exposure to data, AI, or advanced analytics initiatives.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements.
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate ROI, impact, and feasibility of AI solutions.
- Knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and lifecycle (from ideation to deployment).
- Excellent consulting and advisory skills, including workshopping and stakeholder engagement.
- Clear and persuasive communicator, comfortable with presenting to both business leaders and technical experts.
- Fluency in English (at least B2 level) and Czech/Slovak language is a necessity.
- Knowledge of/experience with automation tools – Power BI, Microsoft Fabric etc. are an advantage.
