You will lead the solution design across key operational domains, including Network Inventory (Physical and Logical - PNI/LNI), Workflow Systems, Monitoring, Event Management, and IT Integration. Your expertise will be crucial in strategically replacing existing OSS legacy systems including TIBCO-based IT integration (covering Enterprise Integration services incl. business process logic and Service order management) with a modern, API-driven, and cloud-native OSS architecture, significantly enhancing business agility, accelerating time-to-market, and optimizing operational efficiency.\u003C/p>\u003Ch2>Key Responsibilities:\u003C/h2>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Design and execute\u003C/strong> strategic roadmaps for our \u003Cstrong>OSS Transformation\u003C/strong>, specifically covering PNI/LNI, Workflow Systems, Monitoring, Event Management, and the replacement of legacy IT Integration.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Lead the design and implementation\u003C/strong> of a \u003Cstrong>new IT integration layer\u003C/strong> fully compliant with TM Forum Open APIs and Open Digital Architecture (ODA) principles across our IT ecosystem.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Define and implement integration and orchestration patterns\u003C/strong> (API Gateway, service mesh, event streaming ...) to ensure scalability, resilience, and decoupled system communication across OSS domains.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Design and develop\u003C/strong> modern \u003Cstrong>cloud-native solutions\u003C/strong> for all core OSS domains, utilizing microservices, containerization, and event-driven architectures as the foundation for this new IT Integration.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Mentor technical teams\u003C/strong> and establish \u003Cstrong>best practices\u003C/strong> to build organizational capability in advanced OSS architecture and the new IT integration solution.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Collaborate closely with DevSecOps teams\u003C/strong> to design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies supporting continuous delivery of integration components.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Ensure architectural alignment\u003C/strong> between design, development, and operations through API-first and cloud-native design practices. \u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Ch2>Required Skills & Experience:\u003C/h2>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>8+ years\u003C/strong> in enterprise \u003Cstrong>architecture/solution design\u003C/strong>, with \u003Cstrong>5+ years\u003C/strong> specifically in \u003Cstrong>telecommunications OSS environments\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Expertise in \u003Cstrong>OSS Transformation\u003C/strong> across \u003Cstrong>Network Inventory\u003C/strong> (Amdocs Resource manager/Cramer, GE Smallworld, Netcracker, Cross), \u003Cstrong>Workflow Systems\u003C/strong> (JIRA, Nokia Motive), \u003Cstrong>Monitoring\u003C/strong> (Zabbix), \u003Cstrong>Event Management\u003C/strong> (Netcool), and \u003Cstrong>IT Integration\u003C/strong> (Tibco, WSO2).\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Proven hands-on experience with \u003Cstrong>TM Forum Open APIs\u003C/strong> and \u003Cstrong>Open Digital Architecture (ODA)\u003C/strong> implementation, with a focus on building new integration solutions including practical application of integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, event-driven, message bus, API Gateway, choreography vs. orchestration) and modern microservices-based integration.
