Workplace Service Owner

About

We are looking for a Workplace Service Owner to lead and evolve our internal workplace productivity platform. You will take end-to-end ownership of modern workplace services, including hardware, software and underlying infrastructure, ensuring a seamless and future-ready digital employee experience. In this role, you will translate business needs into scalable, user-centric solutions, optimize service processes and continuously improve service quality. You will also explore emerging technologies (especially AI) to drive productivity and innovation.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the workplace productivity platform
  • Define and execute service strategy aligned with business goals
  • Design and optimize scalable service processes and governance models
  • Identify and implement modern workplace technologies, including AI
  • Manage external service providers and ensure SLA compliance
  • Define, track and report KPIs and SLAs
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with security, data protection and regulations
  • Drive continuous service improvement using data and feedback

 

What do we expect?

  • Strong collaboration skills across international and cross-functional teams
  • ITIL certification (Foundation or higher)
  • Proven experience in IT workplace environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset
  • Experience managing external service providers
  • High ownership, accountability and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (English C1)
  • Travelling: 2-3 days a week Onsite in Munich (at the beginning)
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience with AI-driven Workplace solutions
    • Background in digital Workplace transformation or innovation initiatives
    • Experience working in complex enterprise IT environments
    • German language is a plus
