Senior Agile Transformation Coach

About

We are looking for an experienced Senior Agile Transformation Coach to support and enable a large-scale enterprise IT transformation initiative within a complex cloud and platform environment. In this role, your primary focus will be on driving organizational Agile maturity, coaching Product Owners and teams, and enabling sustainable Agile operating models across multiple product and platform teams. Unlike traditional Scrum Master-only positions, this role combines strategic organizational coaching with hands-on facilitation and transformation leadership. You will help establish scalable Agile practices, improve collaboration models, optimize delivery processes, and strengthen product-oriented ways of working across the organization. A key objective is to ensure long-term client independence through effective knowledge transfer and organizational enablement.

Your responsibilities

  • drive Agile transformation initiatives across product and platform organizations, enabling scalable and sustainable Agile operating models
  • coach Product Owners, Agile teams, and leadership stakeholders in Agile ways of working, fostering organizational alignment and continuous improvement
  • facilitate Scrum ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives, and planning sessions to improve collaboration, transparency, and delivery effectiveness
  • support teams in self-organization, Agile delivery practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across complex multi-team environments
  • improve Agile processes including Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), planning, and estimation approaches
  • enable effective cross-team coordination, dependency management, and capacity planning within scaled Agile environments
  • strengthen backlog management and prioritization processes using tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira
  • apply and adapt scaled Agile frameworks including SAFe, Nexus, and LeSS to fit organizational needs and delivery goals
  • support conflict resolution and impediment management, helping teams maintain delivery flow and operational efficiency
  • deliver remote trainings, coaching sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to ensure long-term organizational self-sufficiency
  • create Agile documentation, playbooks, and process guidelines to standardize best practices across teams and stakeholders
  • collaborate closely with product organizations, platform teams, and leadership stakeholders to drive organizational Agile maturity and transformation success
  • precisely analyze customer requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their goals for the eMobility Platform
  • design and implement microservices, adhering to industry best practices for maintainability and flexibility
  • develop, test, and debug core platform features, ensuring optimal performance
  • collaborate with frontend developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient backend solutions

 

What do we expect?

  • proven experience as a Senior Agile Coach or Agile Transformation Consultant within enterprise-scale environments
  • strong background in Agile coaching, organizational transformation, and enabling scalable delivery models
  • experience working in complex IT infrastructure, cloud, or platform-based environments
  • hands-on experience coaching Product Owners, cross-functional Agile teams, and leadership stakeholders
  • strong understanding of Scrum, Agile at scale, and product-oriented organizations
  • practical experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus, and LeSS
  • proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives, and planning activities
  • strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across business and IT organizations
  • ability to influence organizational change through credibility, coaching expertise, and pragmatic leadership
  • pragmatic, outcome-oriented mindset with focus on sustainable Agile transformation rather than framework-driven delivery
  • fluent English and German communication skills (both mandatory)
  • hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and CI/CD environments
  • good understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, cloud platform operations, and enterprise IT environments
  • experience working in multi-team and distributed delivery environments
  • relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe certifications, or other recognized Agile coaching certifications are considered a strong advantage
