Allwyn is looking for a Group Content Platform Manager to play a key role in shaping our content aggregation roadmap, scaling content delivery across the Group, and supporting the evolution of the Allwyn’s gaming platform.
The role acts as the central point of coordination across Allwyn Group, suppliers, and product stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, efficient integrations, and consistent delivery of content and meta-features across markets.
What will you do:
- Define and drive the Group gaming platform roadmap, ensuring alignment across Operating Companies
- Coordinate content integrations and launches across suppliers, internal stakeholders, and Operators
- Act as the key interface between Operating Companies, Product, Tech, and external partners
- Manage and prioritise the supplier roadmap and delivery pipeline in line with Group priorities
- Lead rollout of meta-features (e.g. jackpots, missions, promotions) across markets
- Collaborate with 1st and 3rd party studios to deliver bespoke and innovative content concepts
- Monitor portfolio performance across markets and suppliers, identifying opportunities for scaling and reuse
- Ensure alignment between business priorities, integration capacity, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end execution of content initiatives
- Provide regular reporting on content delivery, supplier performance, integration status, and Group value creation
What do you need to succeed?
- 5+ years of experience in digital content, product, or platform roles.
- Experience within lottery, iGaming, betting, or digital entertainment environment.
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder landscape and cross-market delivery (multiple regions).
- Hands-on experience with content integrations, supplier onboarding, or platform rollouts.
- Strong communication skills with ability to align technical and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of content performance, engagement mechanics, and portfolio optimisation.
- Fluency in English (spoken/written) in a corporate environment.
