About
In this position, you will support HR Analytics and HR-related processes, with a particular focus on data analysis, preparation of payroll-related inputs, HR reporting and compliance with labor legislation. The HR Analytics Specialist will work closely with HR, Payroll and other internal stakeholders to ensure that HR data and processes are accurate, reliable and delivered in a timely manner.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse HR data and reports to support HR and business decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely inputs and supporting data for payroll processing.
- Collect, validate and consolidate HR data from different sources.
- Identify data inconsistencies, discrepancies and missing information and coordinate their resolution.
- Support the end-to-end payroll-related processes from an HR data perspective.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports, analyses and dashboards.
- Analyse HR data and identify trends, deviations and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of HR data.
- Support HR teams with data-driven insights and reporting.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the implementation and improvement of HR processes and reporting standards.
- Provide HR data and documentation required for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support activities related to labor law and HR compliance.
- Monitor relevant changes in labor legislation and support their implementation into HR processes.
- Ensure that HR-related data and documentation are maintained in accordance with internal procedures and applicable legislation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of HR reporting and data processes.
- Support audits and other compliance-related activities by providing accurate HR data and documentation.
- Handle sensitive HR information with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
What do we expect?
- 3+ years of experience in HR, HR Analytics, HR Operations, Payroll or a related field.
- Practical experience with HR data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with payroll processes and preparation of payroll-related inputs.
- Good understanding of HR processes and labor legislation.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to working with data.
- Experience working with HR systems / HRIS.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and identify discrepancies or trends.
- Ability to translate HR data into clear and meaningful reports and insights.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR, Payroll and other stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information.
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools is an advantage.
- Experience in an international or shared-service HR environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of German labor law / German HR processes is an advantage.
